FORM GENERAL OF EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

By signing this document, you expressly state the resignation permanently to all the rights to claim or obtain any type of compensation for incidents, accidents or death derived from the use of the GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE facilities, or any outdoor activity or other place, related to the services: paddle, kayak, rent of «mulita» motor vehicle, outdoor activities such as climbing the peak, snorkeling and the rest that offers the accommodation.

Before entering and using the facilities of GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE, or carrying out any other activity outdoors or other place related with the services that offers and organizes it, you must accept and take into account the following conditions:

1. I declare that I have read this document in its entirety. WithMy written signature below declares that I agree with each one of the numerals of this document (four pages).
2. I declare that I will carry out the practice of of their own free will, knowing in advance that this sport entails significant risks, and that its negligent practice is not subject to the Safety Standards of GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE, can cause minor or serious physical injuries, including death or damage to the property or to third parties.
3. I declare that all my questions and doubts regarding the facilities have been answered to my satisfaction. I declare to have a condition physical fury and adequate to exercise and use the infrastructure of GOLDEN BE HOME BOUTIQUE, that I do not suffer from medical or physical conditions that could interfere with my safety in this activity, or with that of third parties.
4. I, on my behalf, my family, heirs, successors, assigns or any other person; intentionally and voluntarily; exonerate and release all responsibility to the company GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE SAS and its managers and all the the rest people or entities acting in any capacity in name of this; of pay and indemnities derived, directly or indirectly, from my death, damages, accidents, injuries or diseases of any nature that occur to my person, property or
5. Third parties; product of participation in sports or recreational activities during my stay at the hotel.
6. I promise to use the facilities of GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE complying at all times with the Regulations and Safety Standards, of which I declare to have full knowledge. If I misuse the infrastructure and the security material and any action or omission that during the course of the internship or stay at the hotel, prevents or disturbs the normal development, will empower the management of the GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE to exclude me from the place. Likewise, I declare to be responsible for the damages caused to the facilities or to third parties derivatives of said acts.
7. I understand that the terms of this document are legally valid. I understand that use of the facilities is not permitted without entering into this agreement. I have signed this document voluntarily. This document contains my express statement of exemption from liability towards GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE, and not the verbal statements that have been made to change, alter or modify any part of this document.
8. This document is valid for all the income and practices in GOLDEN BE, the which are registered at the reception in the entry control form, or any other activity outdoors or elsewhere, related with the services that offers and organize GOLDEN BE A BOUTIQUE HOUSE.
9. (In case of minors of 18 years ): As father either attendant authorized I declare that I have read this document in its entirety and, on behalf of myself and my spouse (Yeah it any) either in name of the parents of the minor, I voluntarily accept all the numerals described in this document. I, on behalf of myself and my spouse or on behalf of the parents of the minor, my family, heirs, successors, assigns or any other person; of manner intentional and voluntary; I exonerate and release from all responsibility the company 
   GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE SAS and its managers and all other people either entities that act in any capacity on its behalf; of payment and indemnities that are intended, directly or indirectly, for his death, damages, accidents, injuries or diseases of any nature that occur to his person, property or third parties; product of participation in sports or recreational activities during the stay at the hotel, or any other outdoor activity or other place, related to the services that offers and organizes GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE.

In consideration to the previous statements, I declare that:

✔ I WAIVE, RELEASE AND RELEASE from any liability, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind that may occur in the future, including my journey toward and from this activity, GOLDEN SEA CASA BOUTIQUE SAS and/or its representatives;

✔ GOLDEN  BE  HOME  BOUTIQUE  and  their  employees and representatives, NO are responsible of the errors, omissions or any act in which I incur derivative of the practice of sports or recreational activities that I have chosen to do and that have consequences on my physical integrity.

✔ I RECOGNIZE that this (s) activity (is) can involve a proof of the boundaries physical and mental of a person and entails the possibility of accidents, injuries serious and property loss.

✔ THE RISKS INCLUDE , but No HE limit to, those caused by he land, the facilities, the temperature, he climate, he state of the participants, he equipment, he traffic of vehicles, lack of hydration and the actions of other people, including, among others, participants and volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to the participants, but are also present for the volunteers.

✔ He Form of exemption of responsibility and exemption of responsibility of accidents shall be construed broadly to provide a waiver to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Information for he rent of vehicle:

• The vehicle is delivered with fuel and must be be Returned with the same amount that was received.
• Maximum 6 people in the vehicle either 2 in the motorcycle, he overcrowded will have as consequently the cancellation of the contract without refund of money.
• Minors are not allowed to drive the vehicle, neither the people without a license or low effects of the alcohol. Any of these reasons give to by canceled he rent without refund.
• The vehicle is delivered with its wheels or tires fully inflated and must be returned in the same conditions.
• If the vehicle is punctured or deflated during use, the person renting the vehicle is fully responsible for the cost of deflating the vehicle.
• The vehicle is delivered in perfect mechanical condition and must also be returned. If it is delivered with any technical failure due to misuse, the person renting the vehicle is fully responsible for the cost of the repair.
• Important recommendation, do not drive with the handbrake activated (this is located on the lower left side of the driver)
• All payments made for vehicle rentals are non-refundable for any reason, including cancellations or early terminations of the contract.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT WITH MY OWN AND FREE WILL.
